discoveries: the ark of the covenant
06/29/01
iwillgonow: I've heard and seen a hypothesis explaining how Jesus really was the "Lamb of God," offered on an altar as the Ultimate Passover sacrifice.
iwillgonow: Try to figure that hypothesis out.
jello13091: Well, explain it more.
iwillgonow: I've said more than enough to get you started.
psycho314t: uh..
iwillgonow: Use your God given common sense and logical intelligence.
jello13091: Offered like any regular sacrafice?
iwillgonow: Problem solving and thinking skills...comon third grade here.
jello13091: But wasn't He the Ultimate sacrifice?
iwillgonow: Refer to the question stated above and ANSWER it; Explain the hypothesis.
psycho314t: i don't get what kind of hypothesis ur looking for
iwillgonow: Here's how I'd start: First I'd read what I posted, then say Well, it must have to do with...
psycho314t: with the crucifixion
jello13091: It's symbolic.
iwillgonow: Then I'd think about the concepts of...
psycho314t: the symbolism of Jesus' death v. the passover sacrifice?
psycho314t: like no broken bones, completed before the end of the day....
psycho314t: etc?
jello13091: Yeah, beat me to that.
iwillgonow: And then I'd wonder how it could be...
iwillgonow: LITERAL.
iwillgonow: illgonow: I've heard and seen a hypothesis explaining how Jesus really was the "Lamb of God," offered on an altar as the Ultimate Passover sacrifice.
jello13091: Jesus was a sheep, and they tied Him up and put Him on the cross/altar and sacrificed Him.
iwillgonow: That was half decent, and should of been stated without me leading you to it.
iwillgonow: Perhaps the Cross was an actual altar.
iwillgonow: What about God accepting sacrifices by fire from Heaven?
jello13091: It can't be literal all the way. Jesus was not an actual sheep.
iwillgonow: No, can't be that literal.
jello13091: Did God take in His Son by fire?
iwillgonow: ....................................
jello13091: He just ascended right?
iwillgonow: You know that Jesus didn't get consumed by fire on the cross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jello13091: I was doing that to get to a point.
jello13091: I know!
jello13091: So it wasn't like a literal sacrifice in that sense.
iwillgonow: Here's the point: Is there any other way for God to accept sacrifices?
jello13091: Apparently, if He did it a different way with Jesus.
iwillgonow: HOW?
jello13091: Jesus ascended.
jello13091: Enoch just disappeared. Elijah went on a chariot.
iwillgonow: So that's a method of God receiving a sacrifice???
iwillgonow: Enoch and Elijah WEREN'T SACRIFICES!!!!!!
psycho314t: not all sacrifices were sacrifices by fire, were they? i thought some of them were just the sprinkling of the blood of the sacrifice
iwillgonow: That's the answer.
psycho314t: and when Jesus ascended, He sprinkled His blood in the heavenly sanctuary
iwillgonow: Didn't take much.
jello13091: Oh, sorry.
iwillgonow: No no no no no, think before that, keep it all in the real time period of His death.
psycho314t: ok...
jello13091: Spear into His side.
iwillgonow: I'm going to give both of you a clue:
iwillgonow: The Ark of the Covenant.
psycho314t: looks like that didn't help much
iwillgonow: For starters, what is it?
psycho314t: the box that housed the first covenant, the tablets of the 10 commandments...?
iwillgonow: And then you wonder, "How is that related to sacrifices???"
iwillgonow: The earthly sacrificial system was in place until Jesus came, and that the blood of slaughtered lambs was brought by the high priest, once a year into the holiest of holies in the sanctuary, and sprinkled it atop the mercy seat which is the top of the Ark of the Covenant.
jello13091: Yeah...
iwillgonow: Day of Atonement ring any bells?
psycho314t: i was thinking something about blood being sprinkled on the ark or something... but i couldnt find it anywhere, so i thought i was remembering wrong
psycho314t: cleansing of the blood
psycho314t: off the ark
psycho314t: or something
iwillgonow: So imagine this hypothesis.
iwillgonow: It's the passover.
iwillgonow: Jesus is the lamb.
iwillgonow: The cross is an altar.
iwillgonow: And what is missing????????
psycho314t: uhhh... a priest?
iwillgonow: (The ministering high priest at Jesus death was the Holy Spirit, if you'll remember)
jello13091: The blood?
iwillgonow: Jesus had the blood.
jello13091: The mercy seat.
iwillgonow: Yes.
iwillgonow: Finally.
psycho314t: oh
iwillgonow: It was under the cross.
iwillgonow: And received His blood.
iwillgonow: When He died.
iwillgonow: It was a real, literal sacrifice.
iwillgonow: The ultimate.
psycho314t: under the cross..?
jello13091: How was the mercy seat under the cross? It just was?
iwillgonow: haha...no
iwillgonow: It was hidden there years before.
iwillgonow: When Jerusalem was invaded.
iwillgonow: To keep it from being stolen.
jello13091: No way!
iwillgonow: Underground.
iwillgonow: By a faithful servant.
jello13091: cool
psycho314t: wow
iwillgonow: And when Jesus died, the "earth did quake," and the fissure allowed His blood to drop, to sprinkle atop the mercy seat, many feet underground.
psycho314t: amazing.. where did u find that out?
jello13091: That is awesome
iwillgonow: This hypothesis has one question: If the Ark of the Coventant was historically/Biblically at that time in the sanctuary at Jerusalem, then it obviously couldn't of been underground. BUT, apparently it was still missing, and is to this very day.
iwillgonow: Just like the Ark of Noah, but that's been found.
iwillgonow: I've seen pictures.
jello13091: wait, what?
iwillgonow: Noah's Ark? It's been found for more than a decade.
psycho314t: i think i'm lost. not about noah's ark
jello13091: I didn't know that.
psycho314t: i knew it had been found
iwillgonow: Yeah, it's on Mt. Ararrat. (The mountain range of Ararrat, one of the minor mountains in that range)
iwillgonow: In Turkey.
iwillgonow: The Biblical resting place.
iwillgonow: That's some strong wood it was made out of, to last thousands upon thousands of years.
psycho314t: gopher wood
iwillgonow: Course there isn't any like that anymore, since after the flood all the trees got weaker just like humans and animals.
jello13091: When was the Mercy seat buried? Like what did they do during the span when they didn't have it and the time that Jesus died? Was it less than a year and they didn't even have to worry because the Day of Atonement wouldn't occur again till after Jesus died?
psycho314t: yeah, thats where i got lost
jello13091: Yeah I just had to do a mental timeline.
psycho314t: what was in the inner part of the temple if it wasnt the ark and the mercy seat?
iwillgonow: Julie...
jello13091: was it just empty?
psycho314t: the veils were torn open when Jesus died...
iwillgonow: They still don't have it.
iwillgonow: It's missing in action.
jello13091: Didn't something fall in?
iwillgonow: Been gone since the captivity of Jerusalem many, many years ago.
iwillgonow: But the secret is that it wasn't captured.
psycho314t: thats not what we're asking
iwillgonow: It was buried.
jello13091: But if it was already underground when Jesus died, why was it torn open?
iwillgonow: What did they do without it?
iwillgonow: It wasn't torn open, the ground was. A physical rift in the earth, a fissure.
psycho314t: the veils of the temple were torn open
psycho314t: revealing the inner part of the sanctuary
jello13091: Yeah, that's what I was questioning.
iwillgonow: To say the presence of God would no longer honor the place.
jello13091: Why the VEILS were torn open
jello13091: Oh, I see.
iwillgonow: It wasn't holy.
iwillgonow: Anymore.
psycho314t: ohh.. showing that the place was no longer sacred..
jello13091: And it had no mercy seat.
iwillgonow: Didn't from way before that, I dunno how long.
psycho314t: was it the mercy seat and the ark that were buried, or just the mercy seat?
jello13091: Ok.
iwillgonow: ...Noah's Ark is not buried. It's on top of a mountain, Jennifer.
psycho314t: ark of the covenant, jacob
jello13091: ARK OF THE COVENANT
psycho314t: yknow, the thing that the mercy seat was sitting on?
psycho314t: u still never said where u found all this out
iwillgonow: Good grief, when I said Ark of the Covenant was secretly burried to keep it from being stolen, I didn't just mean the lid...
iwillgonow: I said it was a hypothesis.
jello13091: So it isn't real?
psycho314t: u sed u'd heard a hypothesis... but where'd u hear it?
iwillgonow: I heard it around.
iwillgonow: Don't remember where.
iwillgonow: Ah...well, here's the man who found BOTH the Ark of the Covenant and Noah's Ark.
iwillgonow: He's deceased, I think.
iwillgonow: His name was Ron Wyatt.
psycho314t: wha..?
jello13091: One man found both....wow
iwillgonow: http://www.biblerevelations.org/ronwyatt.htm
jello13091: Above the Mercy Seat of the earthly Ark was where God communed with Moses; it was where He met with the high priest once a year on the Day of Atonement, when the sins of the people that had been confessed throughout the year were figuratively cleansed from the sanctuary.
jello13091: Wasn't it through Aaron?
jello13091: And of course, everyone is familiar with the fact that the Ark was sacred, so sacred that if anyone touched it or looked upon it, they were struck dead immediately.
jello13091: If that was true, how could someone have moved it?
jello13091: It's possible with the help of God (david with the shewbread) but is it reasonable?
psycho314t: the priests were allowed to touch it and see it, i thought
jello13091: Yeah a little further down
iwillgonow: It was moved by long rods, like you'd see on an arabic chair held up by four men, with a royal person on it.
iwillgonow: So none would touch it.
jello13091: Ah
psycho314t: ah
jello13091: JEREMIAH 3:16 "And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more."
jello13091: But first, Satan will appear in a deceptive manner, simulating the manner in which Christ will come, as described in Revelation 1:7 and 1Thessalonians 4:16 and 17. Paul warns of this deception in 2 Corinthians 1:14 and 2 Thessalonians 9-11.
jello13091: How do we know?
jello13091: The difference? Satan will not follow all of the ways of God, correct?
jello13091: We will be able to compare him with the Bible to see that he is false
psycho314t: sounds bad
iwillgonow: Ron Wyatt was an archeologist, and found many more things besides those two, among them being the location of Sodom and Gomorrah.
iwillgonow: And tomb of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
psycho314t: this website is huge
iwillgonow: "A day unto the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as a day."
iwillgonow: Reminds me of another hypothesis.
iwillgonow: The word is coming upon being 6,000 years old.
iwillgonow: world
psycho314t: ive been thinking about that one alot
iwillgonow: When it does turn that old, it will have been six days to God since Man fell.
psycho314t: the 7th thousand years being the 7th "day", the day of rest for the earth
iwillgonow: And accordingly, time for the Sabbath.
iwillgonow: And maybe, the end.
iwillgonow: Which is the hypothesis.
psycho314t: mmhmm
iwillgonow: It differs from calendar to calendar, but most say the World turns six thousand years old between 2007 and 2014, with some saying a few years earlier and some a few later.
psycho314t: frightening thought.. i grew up being taught that it was completely impossible that the end would come in my lifetime, or the lifetime of my children or grandchildren, etc
iwillgonow: Ha.
iwillgonow: What is impossible to God?
psycho314t: and now to realize that it could possibly be before some of our generation complete college
iwillgonow: For prophecy to be fulfilled, things would have to move FAST, but it could happen, it is never in any way out of God's reach.
psycho314t: yeah, i know that now
iwillgonow: And I mean FAST.
iwillgonow: Upside down fast.
psycho314t: and the scripture says the time of trouble will be shortened for the sake of the chosen people
iwillgonow: WWII fast.
iwillgonow: WWIII fast, I mean.
psycho314t: heh
jello13091: That's very possible.
psycho314t: its already started, we know that tho... upc codes
iwillgonow: Like a catastrophe would have to occur to get things started with the one world government and Catholic church dominating the world and stuff.
psycho314t: ive heard alot about the ecumentarical(sp?) thing in the news lately
psycho314t: ecumenical..?
iwillgonow: Course if you read what I read, the EU is basically under world governing by a world council anyway.
jello13091: War is starting
iwillgonow: They are no longer free.
jello13091: People everywhere are dying
iwillgonow: Or sovereign nations.
psycho314t: weather all over the world is all messed up too, isnt it? long or non-existant winters, all sorts of storms out of season, etc.. like everythings getting out of balance..
jello13091: It seems like all it will take is one big blow somehow or another, and then everything will start.
iwillgonow: What had to happen in order to create the socialist state we now live in? What had to take place to make people decide eating a loaf of bread was worth giving up their freedom?
iwillgonow: The government engineered Great Depression.
iwillgonow: Which threw the world into economic chaos.
iwillgonow: And allowed things not previously possible to be done, to be done.
iwillgonow: We just need another depression.
iwillgonow: Or a new World War.
iwillgonow: And they will have another "solution."
iwillgonow: Perhaps this one will be religious.
iwillgonow: Or be biometric ID of everybody, to selectively exterminate dissidents?
jello13091: 1984
iwillgonow: Yeah, Orwell wasn't too far off in his prediction.
psycho314t: i still wonder why my high school english teacher didn't have us read that book
jello13091: I have a thought. I thought that I heard that Jesus ascended the first time before talking to His disciples in order to release His blood and be accepted as the sacrifice.
jello13091: Would that still work with this theory that His blood went down into the mercy seat, or not?
iwillgonow: Julie, Jesus has alot of blood.
iwillgonow: He can die on Earth, get new body, and have more than plenty to sprinkle a little each day.
jello13091: No, I wasn't asking about the sprinkling everyday.
iwillgonow: What I wonder is how or what is specifically, scientifically in the blood that makes it give life?
iwillgonow: That makes it so special.
iwillgonow: First Jesus dies.
iwillgonow: Then Jesus is ressurrected.
iwillgonow: He now has a new body.
jello13091: yeah
iwillgonow: He goes to Heaven.
iwillgonow: He ratifies all past obedience.
jello13091: yeah and i thought it was the first time His new body released blood in order to make everyhting final
iwillgonow: Comes back with the full power and assurance of divine favor.
jello13091: You're missing my thought
iwillgonow: It's too simple for me.
iwillgonow: And I did answer the quesiton.
iwillgonow: Just read it again.
iwillgonow: YES, He sprinkled blood and ratified the past obedience.
iwillgonow: When He went to Heaven to make sure the gig was up.
jello13091: Which happened? Jesus ascended and for the first time He shed His blood as the sacrifice, OR His blood dripped into the ground as the sacrifice and then He was buried and resurrected and so such.
iwillgonow: Both.
jello13091: Ok.
jello13091: Thank you.
iwillgonow: Who's said differently?
jello13091: Well, I was wondering and didn't know.
iwillgonow: from 586 B.C.
iwillgonow: That's when the Ark of the Covenant dissapeared.
psycho314t: This was about the year 621 BC, just 35 years before the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple by Nebuchadnezzar, when Judah went into the second phase of their Babylonian captivity. What did this tell Ron? It told him that the Ark disappeared from the Divine record sometime between 621 BC and 586 BC.
jello13091: These people know their stuff.
iwillgonow: I'll tell both of you something.
iwillgonow: I've already said that Jesus' blood supposedly fell on the mercy seat.
iwillgonow: This man took samples from it.
iwillgonow: And the blood is unique.
iwillgonow: It only has 24 chromosomes.
iwillgonow: 23 from the mother.
iwillgonow: And 1 Y from the Father.
iwillgonow: And when put in grow solution, after all these years...
iwillgonow: It is still alive.
iwillgonow: It is still alive.
iwillgonow: One more time: It is still alive.
psycho314t: where is that on the website? i just found a paragraph that mentioned the test, but said the findings were elsewhere
iwillgonow: It grows, divides, splits, recombines, does what living blood does.
iwillgonow: Q. Are you going to test again to make sure the substance was blood?
A. We tested it to make sure it was blood. It is unique blood, and I will quickly state this. I know that there are some doctors here, and nurses, and people who are familiar with blood. All of us have 46 chromosomes, unless we have Downs Syndrome. Christ had 24. Each parent supplies 23 chromosomes to a new infant. All right, Christ got 23 from His mother and He got one from His Father, and it was a Y, which made Him a male. He got it not from an earthly Father, or He would have had 46 like the rest of us.
psycho314t: gimme url, plz
iwillgonow: Q. What about the cells?
A. White blood cells. And you are saying, how can you test a dead white blood cell for chromosome count? His blood is not dead. When put in a growth medium the cells divided and reconstituted themselves. If that doesn't blow your socks off, I don't know what will.
psycho314t: LINK
iwillgonow: http://www.biblerevelations.org/ronwyatt/in_defense_of_ron_wyatt.htm
psycho314t: ty
iwillgonow: Ah, another thing this man found was the true Red Sea crossing site, complete with ancient Egyptian chariot wheels of gold.
jello13091: Yeah, i remember you saying that
iwillgonow: I wonder what he didn't find that was Biblically archeological evidenc.e
jello13091: And pillars
psycho314t: yeah, i remember the thing about the pillars.. from the evolution book
iwillgonow: Inscribed by Solomon to be a momument to the event.
jello13091: On this occasion they just said, "Yes we have a problem that you may be able to help us with." So that night I met them down at Zedekiah's Cave. Some of you know where that is if you have been there. And so we went in, and they said that six men had gone down this tunnel to move the Ark of the Covenant to a safer place and they didn't come out. Would you go see what happened to them? Well the Israelis are not cowards by any stretch of the imagination. The men that were in the tunnel had these walkie-talkies or radios, and I'm sure they were in contact with people that were at the opening to the tunnel. All I can figure out is that they must have made some horrifying noises as they died. Otherwise, some people would have gone in to see what happened to them. Nobody would go in. Well when I
jello13091: went in, all six were dead. From the beginning of the tunnel in Zedekiah's Cave to the chamber that the Ark of the Covenant is in, is 370 feet. They had progressed approximately 70 feet along the tunnel when they died. All of them died of stroke.
jello13091: That is strange and spooky
06/30/01
iwillgonow: Both of you are leaving me offline messages with all these questions.
Psycho314t: lol.. what do you expect when you just disappear like u did last night?
iwillgonow: So put em on the table now, cause I can't answer em all when you just have 6 stacked up.
iwillgonow: I was kicked.
Psycho314t: u coulda sed u werent gonna come back after the next time u died
Psycho314t: ok, julies away, so i'll start.
psycho314t: psycho314t: how was the sacrificial system carried on outside of jerusalem? i never realized how central the ark and the mercy seat were to it all.. but weren't there temples elsewhere? i'm confused..
iwillgonow: It was stinking late already.
iwillgonow: Temple was in Jerusalem.
psycho314t: ppl couldnt do the sacrifices for their sins anywhere but jerusalem?
iwillgonow: Correct.
iwillgonow: It was the "place God put His name."
iwillgonow: All males had to go there 3 times a year, etc etc etc.
psycho314t: yeah.. so those 3 times a year, they did sacrifices for all the sins that had been piling up or what?
iwillgonow: Yes.
psycho314t: ok
iwillgonow: And that of their family.
psycho314t: yeah
psycho314t: psycho314t: something else.. the blood on the mercy seat fulfilled the prophecies in daniel about the anointing of the "most holy"... but i thought that prophecy was fulfilled by Christ's baptism
iwillgonow: Prophecy can have more than one fulfillment.
iwillgonow: Which is a possibility, or one of them is wrong.
psycho314t: hm
iwillgonow: But things like earthquakes and solar eclipses and moon red like blood are prophecies, and happen all the time.
iwillgonow: Falling star shower, happens more than once.
psycho314t: yeah...
jello13091: This is talking about why the discovery on the Ark of the Covenant is not publicized: Only a few within the Israeli government, 3 or 4 people, know of this discovery. It is being held as a state secret because of the chaos that would be created in both the Jewish and the Arab religious communities if an official announcement were to be made.
psycho314t: yeah
jello13091: Today in Israel there is a strong push for Israel to take back the temple mount so that a third temple can be built there. This movement is growing daily and is being promoted by certain religious Jews and evangelical Christian groups. There have been several serious incidents in recent years because of their efforts. Because, in their minds, the discovery of the Ark would immediately dictate a call for a “temple” to house it, the official verification of the discovery would undoubtedly be catastrophic.
07/28/01
iwillgonow: I just finished watching the Ark of the Covenant tape I bought from the thing in Arlington. Remember how Ron stated on the www.wyattmuseum.com site that he lifted the tables of stone from the Ark as he was commanded by an angel, as 4 of them lifted the massively heavy lid from the ark, then he gave them to an angel who placed them on a shelf in the then perfectly clean and arranged cave room, next to the video Ron made of the room...well, I heard him say something I hadn't heard before on this video I watched, about that.
jello13091: which was what?
iwillgonow: The angel said God wanted all to see the tablets, and the angel said that the tablets would be brought out to be seen by all when the mark of the beast law was passed.
jello13091: whoa
iwillgonow: Ron defined that law.
iwillgonow: As,
psycho314t: wow
iwillgonow: a law that would be passed that would make it illegal to keep the 10 commandments, thus being the reason they would be brought out to be shown.
iwillgonow: Now which one he did not say.
iwillgonow: Or if it would be all or just one.
iwillgonow: But we know it will be the 4th.
psycho314t: all 10 commandments...?
jello13091: thats interesting, timing wise
psycho314t: yeah
iwillgonow: When the law is passed that makes people violate all or one of the ten commandments, the mark of the beast is placed on those who obey the man made law and disobey the 10 commandments written by God, and shown to the world.
iwillgonow: The video also re-confirmed that Jesus blood, the sample taken from the crucifixion site that ran through a crack some 20 feet down, falling onto the mercy seat, has only 24 chromosomes.
iwillgonow: 23 X from the mother.
iwillgonow: 1 Y from the Father.
iwillgonow: Normal humans have 46.
jello13091: pleas copy the video and send it to both of us
iwillgonow: The video had the tomb Jesus was burried in.
iwillgonow: Showing how because of His tall stature, it had to be lengthened to fit His body.
jello13091: cool
jello13091: how tall was He?
iwillgonow: Don't know.
psycho314t: they had time to lengthen it before the sun went down..?
iwillgonow: The most new and amazing thing on the video, though, was hearing Ron say that the angel said that God wants the tables of stone to be shown to the world when the mark fo the beast law is passed.
iwillgonow: Those who keep the 10 commandments will receive the mark of God, those who keep the man-made law will receive the mark of the beast.
jello13091: that is pretty amazing
psycho314t: yeah it is..
iwillgonow: Regarding that video down there, nothing was said.
iwillgonow: But on the website Ron says angels are visible on video.
psycho314t: i remember reading that
iwillgonow: I've seen all around the dig site, the area of the place of the skull.
iwillgonow: There's a bus stop just near it.
iwillgonow: It's hidden in a small garden.
iwillgonow: Behind some bushes, so that those who walk down the stone path won't see it, but hear the commotion of the dig.
iwillgonow: The Ark, the tables of stone, the candlestick, the altar of incense...many first temple relics are just sitting down there in that cleaned out room.
iwillgonow: Tables of shewbread.
iwillgonow: The first covenant was literally ratified.
